Nunes House

North Parade from across the River-AvonNunes House is a magnificent Georgian building situated on the River Avon just around the corner from Nelson House. It houses up to seventeen students in five individual flats (apartments), each with spacious rooms, individual kitchens and two bathrooms. The rooms to the front of the house enjoy views over the River Avon, Pulteney Bridge, The Parade Gardens and the Bath Rugby Ground. Those to the side look over the river, Bath Cricket Ground and across to the hill where Bath University is situated. All students share a common room with a TV and VCR.

Studying together in the dining room in one of the North Parade flatsNunes House has been home to study abroad students for over 20 years. It can easily be described as having one of the best locations in all of Bath. In the 18th Century, it was home to the playwright Richard Sheridan. Sheridan married a daughter from the Linley family, whose house is another of ASE's properties. Click here to see more pictures of Nunes House.

NB: Housing is assigned at the sole discretion of ASE staff.
