A favourite neighbour of Clarendon Clarendon was added to the ASE housing portfolio in the Spring of 1999. It is a popular four-storey family house on the south side of the City, housing up to nine students in a mix of single and twin rooms. It includes three bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with TV and VCR. As the house faces due South it gets all the sun, and students enjoy being outside in the large garden during warmer weather. Clarendon's spacious kitchen and dining area makes it fun for students to cook and eat together.

Barbequing in the backyard Clarendon is a seven minute walk from Nelson House through the community of Widcombe, with its distinctive village atmosphere, shops, pubs, take-aways, pharmacy and late night all-purpose store. Energetic students can walk, jog or run for miles along the nearby Kennet & Avon canal, or hike up the nearby hill to lovely Prior Park.
