At the students' Printmaking Exhibition in Nelson HouseThe ASE study centre is located in the centre of Bath, within easy walking distance of all of our student residences. Nelson House is a re-furbished, listed (historic) Georgian town house, which was occupied (briefly) by Admiral Lord Nelson during his frequent visits to the city.

ASE inhabits all six floors of this historic building, which provides classrooms, tutorial rooms, a library, word processing and internet research facilities, a student common room in the stone cellar, a courtyard garden, and staff offices. ASE staff, who have an 'open door' policy, are readily available for advice and support.

ASE Staff gives individual attention to students with our open-door policyNelson House is your springboard to Bath and the rest of the UK. The 'Bulletin Pad', ASE's weekly publication keeps you informed about what's on at ASE and around Bath. It is posted on the Message Board along with various other flyers and articles for Doing research in the Nelson House Libraryevents in Bath and the surrounding area. There is also a library of travel information in the common room along with weekly and monthly publications for students to peruse.
