Nelson House: The ASE Study Centre
The ASE study centre is located in the centre of Bath, and is within 20 minutes walking distance of all of our student residences. Nelson House is a re-furbished Georgian town house, which was occupied by Admiral Lord Nelson during his frequent visits to the city.
ASE inhabits all six floors of this historic building, which provides classrooms, a library, desktop computers and laptop internet ports, a student common room in the stone cellar, a courtyard garden, and staff offices. ASE staff, who have an 'open door' policy, are readily available for advice and support.
Nelson House is your springboard to Bath and the rest of the UK. A weekly news sheet keeps you informed about what's on at ASE, in Bath and the surrounding area. Copies of national and local newspapers and magazines are always available to peruse in the common room.
