ASE is lucky to have two almost identical Georgian houses on the northern slopes of the City, directly behind Royal Victoria Park and the famous Royal Crescent - lovely places for picnics, playing frisbee or football, and running. A 15-20 minute walk from Nelson House, through the centre of the City, Northampton Street is situated in a popular neighbourhood with wonderful shops, deli's and amenities. Don't miss St James's Wine Vaults, a welcoming local pub, which has live music and a popular quiz night most weeks.

Each house accommodates up to eight students, living in a variety of single and twin rooms, and has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a common room with TV and VCR and a pretty, walled garden.
