Summer School Application

This form must be accompanied by a current transcript, two academic references and a non-refundable application fee of $50.00 sent (or presented) to the professor teaching the Seminar Course by February 18 2008 at the latest. Do NOT send this form to ASE in Bath. You will hear directly from the course professor as to the success of your application.

ASE will invoice successful applicants for their fees in two stages. On notification of acceptance, students must submit a confirmation deposit of $500 (non-refundable) within fourteen days of the date of the offer letter. Final payment of $3,700.00, which includes $100 refundable damage deposit, must be received in Bath by April 21 2008.
