Bath Festivals is the charitable organisation responsible for the internationally acclaimed Bath International Music Festival, the thought-provoking Independent Bath Literature Festival and the inspirational (and fun!) Telegraph Bath Children’s Literature Festival. The Festivals aim to entertain and challenge audiences of all ages and artistic tastes. We champion diversity and collaboration, and showcase the work of both established and up-and-coming performers, writers and thinkers – all in the special setting that is Bath, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe.

Applicants should be confident, friendly and dynamic; have excellent written and oral communication skills; be proactive, creative and enthusiastic; have good computer skills; be proficient in the use of social media and have a genuine enthusiasm for the arts.
