Transcripts
If you require transcripts of your courses and grades from your time with us in Bath, here is how you can obtain them.
If you have just left ASE
Your transcript information will be collated and forwarded to Franklin and Marshall’s Registrar’s office. They will then issue your transcript. One copy will go to the appropriate office within your college, whilst another will be sent to you at the address you designated for its receipt.
Please note that we aim to have your transcripts out to you within six weeks of the end of the ASE semester or Summer, but there can be delays.
For alums who studied with us after Spring 2008
Your transcripts were issued by Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania. You should contact the Registrar’s office there, providing your name, year of attendance and where you would like the transcript to be sent.
For alums who studied with us before Spring 2008
Copies of your transcript are supplied directly by us. Please email alumni@asebath.org, giving your name, the semester or summer you studied with us, whether you require a paper or electronic version, and where you would like the transcript to be sent.
