CaliUnity is a unique, non-traditional, not-for-profit community gym in central Bath. Focusing on bodyweight strength, mobility, and long-term health, the organisation is driven by a mission to break barriers, create a sense of belonging, and make fitness accessible for everyone. It actively reinvests in community projects, including free teen classes, school outreach, and building Bath’s first free callisthenics park.

This internship offers a chance to contribute directly to a vital community-focused non-profit. Working closely with the management team and coaches, the successful candidate will support CaliUnity's mission by assisting with a range of activities. These may include front-of-house, community outreach, digital marketing, content creation, fundraising for community projects, and administrative support for events and operations.

Applicants should be outgoing, proactive, possess strong communication skills, and have a keen interest in fitness, health education, and the non-profit sector.
