Students can propose to work on an aspect of dance or music theory or education, on a historical period or a genre of music or dance history, or to undertake individual tuition in dance or musical performance (instrumental and vocal). 

Examples: Singing for Musical Theatre*, Contemporary Dance, Ballet, Songwriting, Violin, Flute, Score Analysis

*The Singing for Musical Theatre advanced tutorial is offered in collaboration with the Bath Academy of Musical Theatre and involves a mix of 1:1 and ensemble work with students at BAMT (Autumn semester only)

ASE Advanced Tutorials

Customised one-on-one tutorial course, designed to suit your unique interests and credit requirements. 

Students are expected to spend approximately 6-8 hours per week preparing for their Advanced Tutorial classes.
