Application timeline and deadlines

Spring Semester Deadline: October 7th

Autumn Semester Deadline: April 7th

Completed applications received by the application deadline will be treated on a 'rolling' admissions basis and will be considered immediately, with notification of acceptance normally being issued within two weeks of receiving the completed application. 

We reserve the right to close admissions before the application deadline if all available places are filled. Please ensure application forms are completed and submitted, with all accompanying materials, as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Application accepted

If a student has been successful in their application, they will be sent an acceptance package by email. Package contents are: acceptance letter, invoice for deposit (non-refundable) and balance of fees where applicable, pre-arrival information and forms.

Students accepting a place must do so in writing (a form is included in our acceptance letter) and include their photo (a head shot as JPEG) and completed pre-arrival forms within two weeks of receiving the email notification of acceptance.

Any deposit required should be sent to Franklin & Marshall College as per the instructions on the invoice (if applicable).

Onboarding Process

Approximately seven weeks before the start of the semester students will be invited to our Student Portal for a welcoming and onboarding process. The student portal is where information such as housing and class allocations, timetables, and more will be posted.
